He also teaches at renowned institutions such as IML-Ecole de Ponts Paris, the University of Geneva, and HEG in Switzerland. He has a diverse educational background, encompassing Engineering, EMBA, and MPhil degrees, which provide him with a holistic perspective in his field. Carine was a senior corporate leader, heading Procurement teams worldwide. Continually confronted with uncertainty and diverse cultural challenges, a few years ago, she founded Qilin-SA, a coaching, training, and consulting company. Her mission is to harness these experiences to help people successfully navigate agility with joy in an unpredictable world.
Carine holds a Master's degree in Procurement and is a certified Coach in Change Management and equicoaching (horse-assisted coaching). She leads workshops using equicoaching techniques with Procurement and cross-functional teams, aiming to cultivate trust and respect among team members.
